Delivery
a) You acknowledge that the Purchase Services offered by NOURISH THE SOUL integrate delivery (the ' Delivery Services') through the use of third party delivery companies (the ' Delivery Service Providers').
b) In providing the Purchase Services, NOURISH THE SOUL may provide you with a variety of delivery and insurance options offered as part of the Delivery Services by the Delivery Service Providers. You acknowledge and agree that NOURISH THE SOUL is not the provider of these delivery and insurance options and merely facilitates your interaction with the Delivery Service Providers in respect to providing the Delivery Services.
c) In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services, NOURISH THE SOUL asks that you:
i) contact the Delivery Service Provider directly to request a refund or to claim on any insurance options available; and
ii) contact us by sending an email to Info.nourishthesoul@yahoo.com outlining in what way the Products were damaged in transit so we are able to determine if the Delivery Service Provider should be removed from the Purchase Services.
We understand the importance of your order and aim to dispatch all products as soon as possible. As our 100% natural candles are individually handcrafted and poured. Please allow 5 -7 days for your creation to be made and for them to cure.
Once your parcel has been dispatched to the shipping address supplied, Nourish The Soul takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. Nourish The Soul cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries for reasons outside of its control e.g. adverse weather conditions, covid pandemic delays. Please ensure the correct address has been entered during checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched. If the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
