The soothing and grounding properties of these essential oils help to restore balance. Nerolina oil is also used to improve sleep quality, as it works to quieten the central nervous system.
The essential oils used in Heaven Scent are also know to be balancing to the Root and Solar Plexus Chakras
Before lighting your Koru candle it is vital that you take control of what you are thinking and feeling, and acknowledge why you are experiencing certain emotions.
It is important to cleanse your space and yourself of negative energy, any doubt, fears and self-limitations as it is critical that during any chakra work, intention and affirmation rituals that your mind stays positive and present, allowing the chance to create positive change and healing.
Before and during the burning of your Koru Intention Candle allow yourself time to read out your intentions and affirmations, meditate (preferably in an uninterrupted, calm space) and visualise the manifestation of your intention.
Burn your candle as often as you want, but on the first burn always allow the wax to melt all the way to the edge of your candle vessel.
When it is time to put the candle out, simply use a candle snuffer.
