CRYSTAL PROPERTIES
Morganite belongs to the Beryl family of minerals (along with Aquamarine, Heliodor and Emerald). It is a beryllium aluminium silicate found in Africa, Madagascar, USA and Brazil. It derives its pink colour from traces of Manganese, and is one of the most rare varieties of Beryl.
 
Morganite is known for its transparent peach-pink colour but is essentially colourless. Impurities of magnesium give the stone its pink colour, while iron impurities give the stone a yellowish or orange tinge.
 
Morganite teaches us to love without ego, making it an excellent stone for facilitators and practitioners, allowing us to love our clients and students without becoming attached to outcome or personally involved, and also gifts us the ability to facilitate without our egos getting in the way.
 
With its gentle pink energy, Morganite attunes to the heart and the Heart Chakra.
It cleanses the emotional body of stress and anxiety, old wounds and hidden traumas, and renkindles lightness within the spirit, as if a burden has been lifted.
